Not every young person follows the same route into working life. Construction, engineering, utilities and infrastructure can offer high-quality careers to people who thrive through practical learning and responsibility.
We want to create structured opportunities through work experience, apprenticeships, mentoring and entry-level employment, giving young people a clear view of where those careers can lead.
Potential routes range from skilled trades and site delivery through to project management, commercial management, design, technology and engineering.
